Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Use or your use of Coinz shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts of Belgium.
However, if there is any conflict between the laws of Belgium and the laws of the country in which you reside, the laws of your country shall prevail to the extent required by local law.
